Policies

Booking and Scheduling: To ensure your event is seamless and plenty of time is dedicated to serving your organization we require payment in advance to confirm your event. As all courses and education modules are taught by working professionals in their field with demanding schedules, time is of the essence and we are unable to commit to events that have not been secured with payment. Our administrative team honors a standard 24-hour hold for your event, after which, the time slot will be available for booking. We are unable to tentatively block out time for your group without financial commitment.

Cancellations: Should you need to cancel or reschedule an event for any reason please contact us as soon as possible so we can remove you from the schedule and allow instructors to be booked for other engagements. Refunds can be issued for those events that are cancelled a minimum of 2-weeks in advance. For events that cannot be cancelled within the 2-week window we allow rescheduling for a more convenient time. Events cancelled due to medical emergency, death or natural disaster will honor a full refund providing proper documentation is made available.

Liability and Waivers: We require that every individual participating, sign a liability waiver before each course. Waivers are available in the new client package and on-site at each event. We ask that students be in otherwise good health to participate and have no pre-existing physical and/ or mental health conditions which would inhibit their ability to safely participate in a full contact, high intensity self defense program.
