We would like to take a moment to remind you of our cancellation policy in regard to service based purchases.
First, this policy is as important for you as it is for us. A strong cancellation policy keeps you accountable and keeps our business running smoothly. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a scheduled lesson or class due to inclement weather as your safety and experience is our main priority. Below is our official cancellation policy with regards to Shaan Saar Krav Maga classes, workshops, custom training plans and experiences.
All scheduled Discovery Session require a 24-hour notice of cancellation to be eligible for rescheduling or store credit. Custom training and macro plans are created exclusively for you based upon your preferences, allergies, goals and needs. You are paying for the time and work put into your plan. These plans are not eligible for refund once you have received them. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an event or Discovery Session for any reason please contact us as soon as possible so we can remove you from the schedule and allow instructors to be booked for other engagements. A refund will be issues for Discovery Sessions cancelled 24-hours in advance. Refunds can be issued for events that are cancelled a minimum of 2-weeks in advance. For events that cannot be cancelled within the 2-week window we allow rescheduling for a more convenient time. Events cancelled due to medical emergency, death or natural disaster will honor a full refund providing proper documentation is made available.
Booking and Scheduling: To ensure your event is seamless and plenty of time is dedicated to serving your organization we require payment in advance to confirm your event. As all courses and education modules are taught by working professionals in their field with demanding schedules, time is of the essence and we are unable to commit to events that have not been secured with payment. Our administrative team honors a standard 24-hour hold for your event, after which, the time slot will be available for booking. We are unable to tentatively block out time for your group without financial commitment.
Our class package use policy holds a 30-day expiration date. This means that all multiple session packages must be used within 30-days before expiration. Please be sure the package you purchase meets your scheduling needs. In general, we will not issue refunds for any classes or lessons booked, so we ask you please be certain our memberships will meet your needs.
